Public Relations Intern (Bilingual)

Principais atividades

. Provide daily support in PR account manager.
. Create press materials, such as press releases, news briefs, or articles.
. Stay up to date with current news and identify media opportunities for clients.
. support the team in building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets sharing materials, sending event invitations etc.
. Support the communication of client events and handle press accreditation.
. Attend events and both internal and client-facing meetings.
. Monitor media coverage and update clients’ PR Tracking spreadsheets.
. Assist in the preparation of weekly operational and monthly performance reports.
. Support other PR-related tasks to assist the team’s daily operations, including writing media pitches and meeting minutes, researching suppliers, identifying relevant events for clients, completing press request forms, preparing media briefings, among others.

Requisitos

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Public Relations or Journalism.
- Strong interest in topics related to finance, technology, politics, and cryptocurrencies/blockchain/Web3.
- Excellent command of Portuguese, with flawless writing and grammar skills.
- Advanced English — must be able to join video calls with international clients.
- Proactive and accountable profile, focused on delivering results and overcoming challenges.
- Highly organized and self-managed, as this is a hybrid role with a strong remote component. In-person meetings will be held at the agency's office in Osasco/SP and at client locations, as well as during event participation.
